I’ve been a dietitian since 2004 and have worked in a variety of areas of nutrition including eating disorders, research and school nutrition at a University level. I believe in a holistic approach when it comes to good health and that healthy eating isn’t just about the food! I also believe food can and should be fun. I happily took time off while my three children were young but continued to fuel my passion for nutrition through reading and research. My favorite things are my family, my two cats, my Vizlsa puppy named Ziggy, books, writing and post-apocalyptic movies.
